Transparent purchase conditions

With the purchase of this service, a thorough verification (i.e. opening of the original packaging, including seals) of the purchased goods is required. Complete assembly (e.g. for lattice cranes or extensions) will not be carried out, but the individual components of the package will be checked.

The cost is related to the time taken to carry out the verification, whose photographic documentation will be kept for 15 days, i.e. within the deadline to report any discrepancies.

Only by choosing this additional service will be recognized any EVIDENTAL damage to the content or missing parts, therefore attributable exclusively to the shipper, and if the insured shipment has been chosen. (see "Terms and conditions of purchase" - "Receipt of goods" - "Shipments" for details and liability limitations).

The purchase must be made FOR EVERY product of which you request verification (the notes must therefore accompany the indication of the model or models of which you request the service).
