For information about the availability of a model or the release date, please send us an email with the product code. By phone, we can only provide general information or rumors about new releases.

Our website provides real-time stock availability. If an item is out of stock or understocked, please contact us via email to inquire about reservation or reordering possibilities.

For spare parts requests, always send an email with photos of the damaged or missing parts, the product code, and the purchase order reference. Only after receiving this information will we forward the case to the manufacturer.

If you receive damaged goods, please note that we will only be responsible for transport damages if the shipment was insured and signed with "reserve of inspection". You must immediately send a written communication describing the condition of the packaging and content in detail to open the insurance claim.
