Preparation and Delivery Times
We ship most orders within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Delivery is handled by trusted couriers and always includes tracking so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

- Europe: 2–5 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–10 business days

- Economy shipping: from €5.95
- Express shipping: from €9.90
- Insurance available upon request (offered at checkout)
🌍 International
- Rates from approx. €14.90
- A base rate is proposed up to 2kg weight/volume. Adjustment with subsequent email message. Or you need to ask for quotation before placing order, based on order weight/volume and destination

Couriers
We work with a network of leading national and international couriers to ensure timely and safe deliveries:

In case of service disruptions, we choose the most reliable alternative to guarantee shipping.

All models are carefully packed with shockproof and protective materials to ensure maximum safety during transport.

Shipping Insurance
Insurance covers the value of the goods in case of loss, theft or damage (including hidden damage). To activate coverage, the delivery must be signed with reservation.
According to Article 63 of the Italian Consumer Code, any damage to the product packaging must be reported immediately by signing the delivery document with a reservation note. If the delivery is signed without reservation, no claim can be made regarding the external condition of the items received.
Surcharges
During peak periods (e.g., Christmas holidays, Black Friday), temporary surcharges may apply. Any extra costs will be clearly shown during checkout.
